The Food Dealer (2014) is a neighborhood deli in Beirut that offers sandwiches and salads, good coffee, an array of fresh products, charcuterie, and flowers. The friendly setting is reflected in the typographic identity, casual photographic style and versatile colorful packaging design. I was the lead designer and photographer on this project during my work at Studio Safar. The placemats map the neighborhood and highlight the different shops, restaurants, bars, and pharmacies nearby, integrating The Food Dealer in the surrounding lively community. Map illustration by Aya Krisht.
